Having spent over a decade at a large corporation teaching other doctors all over the US how to fix backs, I've recently set out on my own to help you learn how to independently resolve issues related to back pain. I started by creating a social media page to reach more people, but I soon realized that people needed more help than the short-form videos I was making.

When I was helping other doctors help their patients, I had to help them see the bigger picture. Doctors failed to help their patients when they hyper-focused on fixing one or two muscles. Structure of the month:

Week 1️⃣

If you have problems as you move forward or back (in the sagittal plane), I will present solutions in the form of exercises to help you control movement in this plane in week one.

Week 2️⃣

In week two you will be given solutions for movement problems in regard to shifting left and right and side to side (the frontal plane).

Week 3️⃣

Week three presents you with exercises that allow you to correct problems that occur as you rotate

Week 4️⃣

In week four, we will integrate the three previous weeks. By using exercises that cover each plane of movement you have the best chance to find a combination that will be helpful for your specific issue.
